What is the best way to sync data between 2 servers over a MPLS network? Users are experiencing slow response over WAN.
Must be an automated sync after business hours.

Have you considered implement Dfs (Distributed File Services)

DFS is certainly the way to go, especially if both servers are 2003 R2. The R2 version of DFS is much improved.
