I am trying to synchronize a DB with the replica (both in Access 2000), but it is not Synchronizing. As soon as I synchronize it, I get the error "Microsoft Office has encountered a problem.....". I tried Compact and Repair, even then I am getting this error. Can anyone plz tell me how to resolve this error.
