Setup is Exchange 2000 SP2 on W2k server, client is xp sp2 and outlook 2003

I found that my user had an email with an attachment in their inbox that would show up when Outlook was NOT using Cached Mode, but when using cached mode, the sync would stop at the email just before the one that had an attachment. I removed the email from the inbox while out of cached mode, then re-enabled cached mode and when i opened outlook, the sync finished on the inbox and everything was back to 100%
