We am running GoldMine 5.50.
I synchronize daily with our remote office.
Occasionally at least one new contact (created earlier the same day) does not get added to the database during synchronization. This makes me wonder what else might be missing and are we doing something wrong
Synchronization Wizard options at both ends appear to be set correctly. All record types are checked and it is sending "All changed contact records" of the "<Current Contact Set>". There are no filters (All Contact Records). We sync at the end of each day. When we notice that the number of records do not match, we select a date of one week ago and then the record appears.
We have checked to see if the missing record is the last entered record of the day, but that is not the case. Any ideas?
