Hi,
We have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Besides the corporate account, some users have set up at least one personal account under the Outlook which they would not like to have neither copied nor synchronized at the server. Is there a way to keep those personal accounts and folders out of the corporate exchange server but keeping them in the same laptop and outlook?
Any suggestin will be highly appreciated

Have them create profiles, one for exchange and another for their personal accounts

Just create Personal Folders, that just creates a PST file that is stored where ever the user defines. File > Data File Management > Add - these are not held in the exchange data stores
