I came in to do my daily's and seen this come up. What the hell is this whatever it is it dosen't look good.

Go to ld 117 and type "PRT NTP"- this will display the current configuration partameter of NTP: then try to ping the address from a dos window. if it does not reply check with your network team to see if the ip address is valid for the ntp server

The system cannot contact your NTP server. This is to set the time and date on the PBX and as stated try and ping it 1st and adjust if neccesary.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
