I want to export/import the adresses that I have in Outlook 2000 into Access 2000. So I need a programm to synchronize these two databases. Does anyone have experience with something like that

You can import data from an Microsoft Access database into your Contacts folder in Outlook. You can also export Outlook data back into Microsoft Access. For details, see the Help provided with Microsoft Outlook.

I haven't done it yet but recently read one of the MS Knowledge Base articles concerning export of Outlook files.  Maybe you're looking for code to write automation, but it can be done interactively by going to File>Export and then choose the type and destination, MS Access being one of the options.
