synchronising Personal address book 1

We have users that move from one PC to another several times thruout the year. They keep their own address books on the PC's (multiple users) is there a way to synchronize personal address book to their Inotes? thank you.

If you are using the Extended template (mail6ex.ntf) in R6, all you need to do is activate the Note client, open the mail db and go to Actions/Synchronise Address book and you're done.
