I have ACT 2000 installed on several machines and all connected to a server, some machines are laptops. I want to synchronise ACT so that if a person is not connected to the network and add contacts to ACT on their machine, once s/he returns to the office the synchronise automatically send an email to every one and updates the database on the server and also on their own machine

Out of the box, ACT is NOT that sophisticated. You would have to write a script to do this. ACT does not do many things automatically. Synchronization is a bit of a black art with ACT. Good luck...

Mikram, I am stuck in this same boat. Would you know of a good script that would perform this task?

Hello All,
A product that you might want to look at is AutoAdmin II.

I have not used it myself. However, it looks like it might be the thing you are looking for.

Regards,
Michael
