Synchro comboBoxes and maintaining the data

I have the infamous Synchro combo boxes that when I select the Section of the person works in, their available titles show on the next combo boxes. So in my main form (frmMain) How do I keep the data in the current record? Everytime I go to a new record , either add or search...the synchro Combo Boxes stay the same.
