Synching with Exchange Server

I am trying to synchronise a Compaq iPAQ with a Microsoft Exchange server account via Bluetooth.
The connectivity is not a problem, I am able to establish a connection to RAS thru Bluetooth from my cell, but I keep getting connection errors when trying to sync the mail.
Do I have to sync with a POP account? Can I sync with Exchange?
anyone experience this before?

Hi,

From what I can remember, some are doing this by using the DNS service of the server. If I can find what I read, I will post back and let you know.
