Synching BlackBerry to multiple Outlook profiles?

Is it possible to synch a BlackBerry to more than 1 outlook profile? I noticed that if I try that, it generates a new "encryption key" and my blackberry loses contact with my home email (Exchange). Is there a way to turn that portion OFF? i just want to synch the calendar and task list from one outlook profile (work) and everything including email redirection from home (primary).
