Synch Information missing

Hi everyone,

I've got a little Issue, which I dont know how this can be. We have a Golmine Server 5.7 running and for the people are two ways, how to work with it.

1. They logon a clint PC in a Citrix Enviroment, so that they work with the main database.

2. They use a Laptop and have an undocked License, so they have to synchronize for the new data.

Now, the little Issue. Someone works with the main data and changes in an existing entry the phone number.
After that, he synchs with his laptop the new data. But the Laptop has not received the new Phone Number, althoug the Synch Process run without any errors.

Could it be, that the Synch Process is not transferring the little changes such as phone numbers, or hobby entrys?

How can this be? Where can I look after the error?

Martin,

Its probably that the GoldSync machines date and time is not the same as the Citrix servers date and time and therefore the data has not been picked up by the synchronisation date. You can test this by putting back the cut off date for the user and resynchronising.
