Sync up with both Lotus Notes AND Outlook

Does anyone know if it's possible to sync up with both Lotus Notes AND Outlook with my Palm?

I use Lotus Notes R5 at work and Outlook at home. I'm manually entering appointments on BOTH calendars! [bigsmile]

Just a thought but could you maybe set yourself up as one user at home and another user at work. I know this would use more palm resources but its maybe worth a try.
