Hello AGAIN,

I have a user with a laptop (XPP SP2) who has offline files setup. He recently went away, and used a DSL connection to access our server.

Today he tried to sync his laptop while on the corporate LAN, and it keeps trying to connect via the DSL connection. I'm assuming I could delete the broadband connection and this would fix the issue, but he was hoping to keep the DSL connection setup info for the next time he is at the alternate location. Also, he is going to another location with a similar setup over the next little while and would like to keep that too. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks.

Turns out it was the latest variant on the W32 Spybot worm. I believe the firewall was disabled when the connection was setup.

Thanks for the suggestions Linney. They are something that were tried!!
