sync time to win2k prof

I'm having a hard time synchronizing the time of my AIX to a win2k professional. I'm using the command ntpdate but it will have a response of 'no suitable server for synchronization'. What could be the problem?

Do you have a NTP Server running on win2k ?
If not you must install one (e.g. "Absolute Time Server 2.1"

Just start with SNTP box checked.
