We have two conference room "resource" accounts on our Exchange 2003 server. We use them to schedule the availabilty of the conference rooms. Currently to get a "long range" view of the availability, you have to open the resource's calendars as shared calendars in Outlook. However, it would be ideal (based on current workflow) if we could get these two calendars to "dump" their dates to a public calendar (or even two different public calendars) to give users a fast look at avaialability.

Does anyone know if this can be done in Exchange? Thanks for any assistance!

I can and have set them to be viewable. Anyone who wants to can go through the steps in Outlook to view the shared resource calendars. However, until I recently setup the "resource accounts", the company used a calendar in the public folders to reserve conference rooms. Thus they are used to looking there - on a single calendar - to check the availability of both conference rooms. That's why I wanted to be able to merge the two resource calendars onto one public calendar.

I'm eager to check out the FAQ - did you mean that it was on the Tek-tips site or diditbetter site?

Thanks for the reply!
