Sync PDA mobile phone field

I am replacing Palms Windows interface with Lotus Organizer 5.03 - which is much nicer.

When I sync, all is well except for the mobile phone field on the Palm (Visor) does not display in Organizer on the Windows desktop machines. Does anyone know a fix for this ???
