sync passwords between AD and NT4.0

Hi all. I have one NT4.0 domain and 1 2003 AD domain.

How can I sync password from the NT4.0 to the 2003 AD?

Our users currently authenticate to only the NT4.0 domain. We have 25 users that use 2003 AD for email only.

Please help.

I'm affraid this is tricky

NT and AD don't work well with each other.

I know there are 3th part tools (like Quest software) that have special tools to migrate accounts from NT to 2003AD

Maybe that can help but I believe this is made for migrations in the same domain...

I understand that there are 2 domains? (1 on NT and one on 2003) I think you also best lay trusted domain connections between them. That way normally users from the trusted domain can login to the trusting domain and reach resources there...
