sync outlook to cell phone?

I have basic nokia 6215i cell phone. I find it hard to believe that people are out there hammering away at their cell phone keys to input all of their contacts. But I have not been able to figure out any other way.

Does anyone know a way to sync the outlook contacts into the phone without a cable or bluetooth?

Infrared, if that phone is equipped.

Some service providers will allow you to enter the info into a broswer, and then some magic occurs and it gets sent to the phone.
