Thank you very much for reading my post. I hope I posted this in the right forum. Basically I'm designing a database for a small computer repair business using MS Access 2010 as front end and MS SQL Server 2008 Express for backend. My client keeps all of his customers in MS Outlook 2007. As part of this project I need to be able to sync these contacts bi-directionally and by this I mean: my client needs to be able to create new customers or make changes in either in Outlook or the database and these changes would be automatically updated on both ends. This whole project will be sitting on a stand alone machine, there's no Exchange server or anything. I have done a lot of googling on this and have found something using VSTO, but I'm not familiar with the platform. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
