sync outlook 2003 email between 2 pc's

is it possible to sync the email on my desktop with my notebook so i don't have to go through the same emails twice?

i'm running them on a peer to peer network so they can share files and web access but i can't find any info on how to do this.

any help gratefully received, thanks
