Sync Exchange Mailbox over the internet

Our company uses SBS 2003 and our President has a Blackberry, he has two work locations, the Office location is setup with Exchange and Outlook on his desktop, is there anyway to have outlook sync over the internet so that he can sync his blackberry at the second location with his laptop.

eg
1. Calendar, contacts, and task item are created at Location1 on desktop
2. Sync's over the internet with laptop at Location2
3. Location2 with laptop transfers it to Blackberry

Use RPC over HTTPS and set up Outlook on his laptop.

Agree - Outlook anywhere is the way to go.
