Sync Errors

I have a windows server 2000 based network with all the users running windows xp pro. Whenever most users log off, they get multiple, "errors occurred while Windows was synchronizing your data."

e.g. Offline Files (\\pdc\MyDocuments$ on pdc): Access to 'ADm_Phy Meeting.doc' is denied on \\pdc\MyDocuments$\mmartinez

I was logging off as the administrator when this error occurred (NOT MMARTINEZ)??

Any help would be much appreciated.
