Our Exchange is on domain A. If i use the user account from domain A to connect Outlook to Exchange everything works fine. If i use user account from domain B to connect to Exchange i get Sync Errors in Outlook. Trust relationship exists between 2 domains.
Error message: Microsoft Exchange offline address book - 0X8004010F.
Both user accounts have full access rights to mailbox.

Why are you using different domains?

4010F is often caused by Outlook Anywhere / Certificates or Outlook Address Book. The resolution depends on the problem which can be tricky to find! Basically you always end up checking everything, usually twice.

Why are in the process of moving to one domain.I dont think it's a general OAB problem but rather something with user accounts settings/rights on domain B.Users in domain A dont have these problems.

Dont see anything in the event logs.
