Sync error 0X80190194

Getting this error on my O2K7 client in a test environment. I've checked here

and everything appears normal except the OAB is not replicating to the ...\clientaccess\oab folder. I'm getting normal 1008 events on the FDS.

Everything appears proper except there's no OAB and I'm getting the sync errors on my clients.

Testing E2K7 on an W2K3Ex64 server.

I let the box sit for another 24 hours and everything is working now.
