sync audio loop with animation (Q-points)

Hey there,
I have a 15 frame animation which loops. I want to add an audio loop to the animation. The problem is I'd like the bass drum (beat) to thump at the exact time the animation throbs. Right now I have added the sound to the HTML page and <img src> the flash animation but they don't go that well together.

I know that in such music programs as Cubase, you can set Q-points to indicate the points the animation will play...???
Does anyone know more about this?
