Sync a SQL7 table with Informix table

I have a table in Informix. Can I syncronize this table with another in SQL Server 7, so when I change on Informix, that would be reflected on SQL7 automatically?

There are other ways to do this (I think that a Linked Server can do it, but not the way I want)?
