Sympweb 4.5 Historical reporting

What would cause a call not to show up in the call by call report. It seems to route properly, but does not show in the report.
 
When you log into CCMA (Webclient), Go to Configuration, then to Historical Statistics. Look for the section that says "Call by Call", make sure that the Application that this call enters into is set to Local or Local and Network. This will allow for the call to be tracked in the call by call reports.
