Sympweb 4.5 Exporting to Excel error

When trying to export historical reports to excel recieve the following error.

"CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -2147206427:TSLV Record Not Found."

I have looked at thread thread959-1198221.
The metabase is already set to over 1GB

Sympweb 4.5 trying to export to either Excel 2003 or Excel 2007

The way I resolved that issue was to install office on the TM server.

I am not opposed to putting Excel on TM. But tell me how does putting excel on TM fix an issue that is running on Symposium web server, as they are seperate servers?

I have tried installing Excel on the sympweb server.
No good. Have uninstalled it since it is not supported on the server.
