Does anyone know where I can find documentation regarding the installation and administration of Symposium Call Center Server and Call Pilot?

Also does anyone have any suggestions regarding what to look out for or "lessons learned" through personal SCCS or CP installation?

Thanks Supernn, I've already been there but I keep getting errors stating I have not registered when I know I already have. I'll keep trying.

Nortel is a very fustrating site to try and get info from, I also keep getting error messages that my login or password are wrong. It usually takes about 10 tries before I get in, and I've been working on computers since 1964.
