We currently have Symposium Call Center Server 4.2 and Meridian Mail 13. Instead of upgrading to Call Pilot, management wants to explore other VM systems. Will a different brand of VM system work with Symposium the way Meridian Mail does? We use commands like GIVE IVR frequently in our scripting and would hate to lose that functionality.
