Symposium Web Scheduled Reports

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot scheduled report errors for Symposium Web Server. I set it to e-mail me when the report has bee printed and I keep getting e-mail stating:

The system could not output the ccastillo scheduled report to \\PC Name\Symposium-reports\0428test042820041230.rpt.
Error code = -2147206462
Error Description: Dos error.

Does anyone know what this means or where I can find documentation?

update:

I changed the location of the output folder to the web server itself and was able to sucessfully print the reports. I think it might be a domain issue?

Are you unable to print to a printer? If so, configure the printer on the web server. If you are printing to a file, yes, you'll need to print to a shared folder on the web server itself, or the pc you send it to needs to be part of the web server's domain.
