Hi. I have a copy of Symposium Web Client. I have confirmed via our supplier that we are licenesed for it and I know the Serial number that is recorded with Nortel. My problem is that when I install it also asks for a key code. I have requested details (again through supplier) but it being xmas it will take time. Does any body out their know of another route I can take to discover my key code.

I take it you've done a thorough search of your software box from Nortel? The keycodes should show up on a keycode label as well as the inventory sheet that lists all the material shipped, such as hardware,CDs and software packages. Otherwise, your distributor can go online with your serial number and pull up all your keycodes (they will have the security authorization from Nortel).

Oh I looked alright. The person I took over from has very kindly moved both the Softeware CD and Documentation CD from the official NORTEL cases (inserts etc ) into plain jewel cases.

Back to supplier and get them to try again...
