Symposium web client not displaying the NOT READY REASON CODES on realtime display.
ACD setup correctly with NRAC Yes and ACNT key proggrammed on the agent, which does flash. On Symposium I can print the agents NOT READY Reason codes report.

Do you have the column in your realtime display, and it is not showing codes, or is the whole column missing?

The code colum is their, but the rest of the info is missing.

Not sure if this helps at all but there is a listing in the SU05 Server Patch about NR Reason Code "alignment" not sure what that is addressing but maybe it would help.

In the webclient under the configuration section under Activity codes you have to insert information in the column Display Name. If you do not insert any info here it will not be displayed.

Thanks guys with all the tips but i will be upgrading Webclient Rls4.0 to Rls4.5 which should solve the problem.
