Symposium Web Client "Real Time" Display not launching

I have installed Symposium Web Client 4.02.016.04 on a server. As long a "client" is on the same subnet in the same network, any real-time displays will launch. If I connect from a client on a different subnet in the same network, the displays will not launch with the following error message:

"Last server contact: 11/24/2003 12:04:00 PM
The system could not retrieve any data from the server because either the server connection is down, or there are currently no agents logged in. If the server connection is working, then try launching the display again later.Page 0 of 0"

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Make sure that multicast is enabled and configured on the routers.
