Hello all- We currently have 5 locations. We are preparing for networking through NCC. Each of our 5 sites currently have SCCS and SWC server. We are looking to centralize one of our Web Client servers. Obviously, multicast has to be enabled between SCCS and SWC for real time data. We are trying to determine WAN bandwidth required for this multicast data stream. Does anyone have an idea how to calculate network bandwidth needed for SCCS-SWC real time data stream? Thanks for any insight.

The Web Client Planning, Installation and Administration Guide refers to the Symposium Call Center Server Planning and Engineering Guide. If memory serves me correct, you'll need to make a lot of assumptions to get an idea of the impact.

The largest network I have done is 3 sites with one web client. The customer was very worried about network impact, but after implementation, it turned out to be much less than they thought.
