I am using symposium web client for the first time. The server has already been configured and I am logged-in as webadmin. When I open Configuration, I could verify my symposium 5.0 server name and will display the CDNS, skillsets, etc. Also, my real time display is working proprely. However, when I access Contact Center Management, I am getting an error = no servers have been configured. I could not view/edit/add any parameters in the contact center management option.

Please help in resolving this problem. Thanks in advance.

From a web client PC on Windows 2000 Professional OS I was able to access all the functionalities of the Symposium WEB server, but using Windows XP I could not open Configuration and the contact center management. Any ideas, please ?
Thank you.

Perhaps the XP personal firewall? As a test, try disabling it. If that works, then add the Web Client server as trusted to your firewall.

Is ClientSOAP loaded correctly? Were you logged in as Administrator when you installed it?

XP ICF (firewall) is already disabled, SOPA 3.0 successfully installed, and the web server is selected as trusted site, but still could not access configuration and call center management. This is only for Windows XP machines.

Windows 2000 PCs worked okay.

Any other suggestions ? Thanks.

Resolved the problem by manually updating the host table with the computer name sand IP address of the Symposium WEB server on each of the Windows XP client PC.
