We have SWC 4.5/SU03. I have been working on the Access and Partition Management section. The problem I am having is I can not seem to lock down the Agent Skillset Assignments in the Contact Center Management piece. I either can get the Web Client user to have "no" access at all, or the get "full" access to every assignment out there. I can not get the Web Client user to just see there own assignments. Any one have a similiar issue, or is this a Nortel Design Intent?
