Hey all- We currently have one SWC to administer 3 different 5.0 SCCSs. We've had this implemented for several months now and everything has been running fine until today. Today I am having problems with Contact Center Management through the web client. When I select a site under CCM- Symposium Site (Supervisors) it just hangs and doesn't open up the supervisor list. I should say it is sporadic- more often than not it fails, but once in a while the list does populate. We did perform some microsoft patching on our servers this weekend, so I'm thinking that possibly may be playing a role in all of this. We only applied patches approved by Nortel, so not sure if that is the case. The whole patching thing may just be coincidental. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did you apply patches to both the SCCS and SWCS? Was the SWCS restarted after the patches? SWCS usually can stand a reboot from time to time.
 
Hi- Yes, patches were applied to both SCCSs and SWC. Indeed, a reboot was performed after patching. As a matter of fact, I have restarted SWC a couple of time today. I launch web client right from the browser on the server and still experience this problem. It's like the communication fails between SWC and the SCCC it is trying to get data from. Al least at certain times it does. Thanks.
