Does anyone know how to set this up? I know Mulitcasting has to be configured on the network but how do I set this up from the server side? Each user somehow needs to access the server and view call statistics...I have been to the agent desktop display section on the server but that doesn't tell me much other than what i choose they can view and the multicat address.

Symposium Web Agent Desktop Displays

OK i found the desktop messaging software on the We Client 4.5 CD Aand loaded it on to my laptop. Now I have to have my network guy figure out the Multicasting portion, it just hangs when I launch the ADD and put in a logged in agent. I see just by setting Unicast up on the Web server that allow real time displays to work.
