I was tring to get working for the longest time now scheduled reports to activate through our new Symposium Web Server using W2003 Server. Nortel finally fixed it with a PEP sus0603 which only applies to W2003 server applications. This PEP apparently has something to do with encryption in this version of Windows and the ICEADMIN configuration. Just thought I would give eveyone a heads up on this issue.

Usually, vendors provide free PEP and patch updates for one year after purchase. You should insist that your vendor update your Symposium, Call Pilot and Succession PBX at least quarterly with the latest PEPs and Patches. If your vendor is already offering to perform these updates, you should consider that many vendors don't.
