Symposium vs. CDR Data not adding up.

Long story short I cannot seem to match up the Symposium call reports to the CDR data I'm getting from my switch. I accidentally started a thread in the Meridian forum about this. Here is the link.

Turn on your call by call located under historical statistics configuration. Run a query I use excell, look for eCallByCallStat20060115 What you are looking for is
EventDada CLID: 5555555555.

Yes thank you. My call by call was not configured. However, it only would allow local or None. I set them from none to local, hopefully that will resolve my problem. Thank you.

You will still find that it CDR and Symposium will never exactly match up. I've talked to Nortel about it many times and they usually just shrug it off.
