Symposium V5.0

We are looking to upgrade our Symposium telephony solution from version 3.0 to version 5.0 with Web Client.

I wondered if anyone could tell me where I can get some user documentation on release 5.0 so that I can understand the extra features I would be getting?

What restrictions can you apply to users in terms of what they can do in the system?? Is it possible to stop users creating custom reports for example?

OF course you can stop users from creating reports. You don't have to have Web Client for that!!! You can get some of the required information from Nortelnetworks.com. A lot has changed (for the better) from 3.0.
