we did one back in feb or march. went very smooth. only problem we had was we found that 4.x client isn't compatible with win95. we had to add a patch and use the existing 3.x client. we've since upgraded our clients to win 2k pro, so no problem now.
i see now that you probably already went through with it. i trust everything went fine?
Not a big deal, just make sure your PBX is talking to your Symposium via your HSL. when I did my ugrade, I had to re-enable the HSL in load 48. Also, if you have a call recording software and voicemail, I would go ahead and reboot voicemail, symposim, and call recording software (i.e. NICE) so they can sync up correctly with the upgrade. You don't have to do this, but Nortel recommends it.
