Sometimes when an agent loggs in to SA launcher it will assume the DN, and position I.D. of another call center agent. For example if my agent is extension 1234 and they log into the phone set using 1234#, they show up correctly in real time display as agent 1234. Then when they log into S.A. launcher on there P.C. (for screen pops) S.A. launcher opens up and displays they are agent 6789 witha different position i.d.? All calls are still routed to the correct agent but they get screen pops that do not belong to them.
Usually a simple shutting down and re-launching the app fixes the problem but does anyone know what causes it?
