Hi All,
we have recently upgraded the nortel meridian system to CS1000E. For which we got a document with set of keycodes.
In that document, we have 25 keycodes (each one like "ABCD 1234 ABCD 12XY") for the new system (CS1000E).
Now Please suggest me, which keycode I need to use in symposium server config along with serial number. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Seshu Kumar.

The SCCS keycodes should have come with the SCCS. Check your records for the original SCCS keycodes.

Many customers/vendors put them in the box with the software CD's.

hi,
thanks for your input. But actually my switch serial number got changed due to the upgrade (from M1 to CS1000E).
Due this the ld 48 is showing "APPL disabled"

Please suggest me, if there is any way to regenerate the keycode for SCCS based on the new Switch Serial number.

Thanks again.

Seshu Kumar.

You will have to contact your provider who sold you the upgrade, or Nortel. Nortel is the only one that can fix your keycodes but it would be best to go through the provider that sold the upgrade as it shouldnt cost you anything if they made a mistake in their upgrade procedures and got the wrong keycode that did not include symposium .
