I have 2 SCCS's tied to NCC but I have recently found that the NCC does not distribute calls evenly over the networked Symposiums. What I am looking for is an intrinsic script variable that may devide the calls evenly based on the call counter. Something to the effect of "call counter = even then route call to skillset engineer_nsk and then to make it grade the calls, have the next step as "call counter = odd then route call to network skillset engineer_nsk". I just donot know if there is such a thing or if anyone knows of a better way to do this. I am trying to grade the calls between both call centers. Through Symposium so I still have my statistical information. What I was really hoping for was some way to check both Symposiums for the longest idle agent and then route the call to that agent. The problem I have found is that I cannot find a way to get the logest idle agent stats from both Symposiums. I had thought that NCC would do this but I was mistaken. So until I get an answere from Nortel, I am trying to find a way to distribute these calls evenly (somewhat).
