Hi, I am looking for a peice of script that will allow me to play a voice segment from Meridian Mail rather than VPE on symposium.

Anyone help?

This is the code:

GIVE IVR XXXX WITH TREATMENT YYYY


XXXX = DN of your voicemail system
YYYY = DN in the VSDN table in voice mail. This VSDN needs to point to an announcement or menu service, depending on what you want the call to do.

Try this example:

GIVE IVR xxxx WITH TREATMENT yyyy

xxxx .. ivr_dn (IVR ACD-DNs)
yyyy.. vsdn Access DN for announcement as defined in MMail)

When you say voice segment are you talking about a treatment or an actual voice segment from the "voicemail box" defined in MerMail used to play segments?

I guess to help clarify do you have a MerMail with Access ports hooked into your symposium? Are you trying to use the enhanced messaging or just provide a message treatment like a voice menu.
