I have seen this affect in some callpilot applications but of immediate concern is an issue I am having with some Symposium scripts.

I phone the SDN number or the symposium CDN. The application or script has a path to voicemail but instead of going to the correct voicemail box it goes to voicemail looking for the mailbox of the sdn/cdn.

example

7805 cdn --> sales area 1 a script in symposium
7806 cdn --> sales area 2
7807 cdn --> sales area 3

sales area 1
sales_area_1_sk ---> skillset_cv
mailbox_area_1 ---> mailbox_cv
in symposium mailbox_area_1 has been assigned value 5801. 5801 is a dummy acd that routes to voicemail.
go to secondary script which says:
queues the call and if there is no agents available the call goes to voicemail – mailbox_cv

My expectation is the call would go to voicemail 5801. It is going to voicemail but I am getting the prompt “you have been forwarded to voicemail but 7805 does not have a mail box on the system.”
Is there some default setting that underlies these symposium script that if the system doesn’t like something about your script it kicks you out to voicemail for the cdn number?
This script had been working but after some upgrades to the PBX this kickout to voicemail for the cdn has started to occur -- any idea of why?

In the mailbox you want to use, enter the CDN in the DN area under Extension DN 2 (or 3 or 4 whatever ...). This will send the call to that mailbox
